The MD & CEO paid a courtesy call to some Makeni Branch customers in a bid to appreciate and recognize their contributions to nation building through Banking

Our Managing Director & CEO paid a courtesy call to some Makeni Branch customers in a bid to appreciate and recognize their contributions to nation building through Banking with the prestigious Rokel Commercial Bank. As the Bank’s operation is capturing the glimpse and interest of the public; our branches continue to appreciate and record soaring numbers of accounts on a daily basis. The Bank’s commitment and unwavering support to the people of Sierra Leone has never gone overlooked by the populace including customers of the North and Eastern Province of Sierra Leone. Few among prominent and valuable customers visited were:

1. Sylvester Koroma (Nasdo Const.)

2. Bishop BobJohn Koroma

3. Makeni City Council

4. Wurie Bah

5. Sorie Y.  kamara (Paradise Ent.)

The visit was geared towards appreciating and reinforcing our relationship with them; and to also to know the challenges they are facing with the bank.

The customers appreciated the visit and they were overwhelmed by the MD"s visit indicating that no MD has ever paid them such a visit.

Concerns pertaining to adjustment of COT, reduction in interest on overdraft and loan facilities were raised and noted accordingly.

Intuitively, they were satisfied with Makeni’s Banker/Customer service relationship and the family bond they shared with the branch manager and other staff of the branch.

The Managing Director thanked them for their loyalty and promised to look into their concerns accordingly.

He encouraged them to make use of our digital products as it would help them with payment of salaries.

The visit climaxed with the presentation of gifts to the customers and some snapshots were taken. Prayers were offered for our MD, Management and staff of RCBank by the Catholic Bishop.
